What we store

Your account details (name, username, email), the collections and items you create, and any images you upload. Images are stored on DigitalOcean Spaces in Amsterdam.

What is never public

Purchase price, purchase currency, estimated value, acquisition date and where you bought a piece are only ever shown to you. Any custom field you mark private behaves the same way. This holds even when the collection itself is public.

What you control

Every collection is public, unlisted (link only) or private. Your whole profile can be hidden at once from your public profile settings. Private and hidden content is excluded from listings, search and sitemaps.

Analytics

We use a self-hosted Umami instance. It records page views without cookies and without any personally identifying information, and it never leaves our own server.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account removes your collections, items and uploaded images. Contact us if you want an export first.
